A. Instructions on Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rookie Berlin GmbH, Unter den Linden 24, 10117 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 30 9599924-70, Fax: +49 (0) 30 9599924-79, E-Mail: impressum@rookie-baby.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, properties and functionality.
Connected/Financed Transactions
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already flowed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract is for the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for it.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight forward.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
