Die ultimative Schwangerschafts-Checkliste: Alles im Überblick

Pregnancy is a new and unfamiliar topic for many women, and it can quickly feel overwhelming. Together with our team, we've thought about how we can make your life easier by creating a checklist for each trimester with the most important things to do, think about, and organize before the baby arrives!

You can print out the checklist and share it with other pregnant mothers if you like!

Here is your trimester checklist to help you stay better organized and keep everything under control:

Learn about the “dos & don'ts” during pregnancy, including foods to avoid, exercises, etc.

Create a list of questions you would like to ask your doctor at your next appointment.

Start keeping an eye on your symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, etc., and document them if necessary.

Start by researching childbirth preparation courses and decide which ones you would like to attend.

Second trimester:

Get yourself some comfortable clothes. You might already be wearing some maternity clothes.

Begin preparing for your baby's arrival by setting up the nursery, washing and putting away baby clothes.

Pack your hospital bag with the necessary items for the birth and your stay in the hospital.

Think about your desired birth plan and share it with your doctor if necessary.

Check whether prior registration is necessary at the hospital where you plan to give birth.

◻ Discuss breastfeeding or infant feeding options with your midwife

Prepare at home for your baby's first few weeks by creating a breastfeeding and sleep schedule .

Remember that every pregnancy is different and your doctor may have specific recommendations for you. Don't hesitate to ask questions and seek advice throughout your pregnancy. Good luck!
