SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

If your order is received before 11:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday, it will be shipped on the same day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link with the tracking number and updates on the shipping status.

These are the standard delivery times:

 

Please note that the above times are based on experience. We will proactively inform you about the progress of your shipment as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Note for Switzerland: You do not have to pay anything to the parcel delivery service upon delivery. We cover all import duties for you.

Restrictions for the USA & Canada: We do not ship to the USA or Canada.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied, you can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we charge a flat fee of €5.90 per returned item, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

For Germany, Austria and all other EU countries, you can download your return label directly from our returns portal.

For returns from Switzerland and other third countries, please contact our team at team@rookie-baby.com.

How can I return my product?

• You can return your product up to 30 days after receipt.
• The product should be in its original condition and unwashed.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and with the original labels.

Exceptions and non-exchangeable items

Please understand that we cannot accept returns of the following items:

• Gift cards
• Items from the Second Love Sale
• B-Good merchandise
• Teething pads cannot be returned after use.

How much does return shipping cost?

We carefully prepare all products individually in our factory. The entire returns process, including preparation and shipping, costs us approximately €17 per order. To cover our costs and promote environmentally conscious shopping, we charge a flat fee of €5.90 per returned item. This will be deducted from your refund amount. We hope you understand.

What happens if I bought a bundle and only return part of it?

If you return part of the bundle, you will be charged the regular price for the product you keep.

For example, if you purchased the winter cover in a bundle for €49 together with a baby carrier during the Black Week Sale 2024 and only return the baby carrier, the winter cover will be charged at the Black Week single price of €99.

What happens to my discount code if I return part of my order?

If your discount code is linked to a minimum order value, it will only remain valid if the minimum order value still meets the conditions after the products have been returned. For example, if you return a product but no longer meet the minimum order value to receive the discount, the discount code will become invalid. This means that the products you keep will be charged at the prices listed in our shop.
