eCommerce Marketing Manager (m|f|d)
Permanent position, part-time, remote, start date by arrangement

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative, structured and proactive person as E-Commerce Marketing Manager who can effectively work across all marketing channels.
You support shop development, campaigns and product launches, ensuring a consistent, appealing and commercially effective brand experience at all touchpoints.
YOUR PROFILE

1-2 years of professional experience in e-commerce with Shopify
-
Strong analytical understanding of conversion optimization and user behavior

Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Shopify Analytics and GA4/GTM, ideally initial experience with Klar
-
Safe handling of A/B testing and SEO
-
Initial experiences with automation tools
-
Excellent project management skills and a structured, independent work style.

Commercial understanding as well as a high degree of attention to detail, structure and quality awareness

Confident handling of multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
-
Strong visual and content-related understanding and confident use of design tools
-
Experience with online marketplaces is desirable, but not required.

A strong hands-on mentality and a passion for implementing things operationally and continuously improving them.

YOUR TASKS

Maintenance and expansion of our Shopify store with a focus on products, content, promotions and user experience.

Continuous conversion rate optimization along the customer journey based on user behavior and best practices.

Selection, implementation and management of relevant Shopify apps

Maintenance of promotions, bundles and offer logics, as well as creation and optimization of landing pages.

Continuous optimization of the customer experience through A/B testing, user analysis, and data-driven improvements.

Analysis and evaluation of measures based on relevant KPIs and derivation of optimization potentials.

Ensuring flawless tracking

Close collaboration with social media, influencer marketing, performance marketing and CRM

Creation of cross-channel timings and briefings
-
Support with the rollout of new campaigns

AI-powered creation and delivery of digital assets for websites, CRM, paid media, newsletters, and launches.

Maintenance of learnings, documentation and briefings

Continuous optimization of internal processes (including through the use of automation tools and AI)

You identify new digital channels and tools and prepare tests.
