Hey Mom,
You are enough!
We know how it feels to be constantly pressured by society to do everything perfectly and get everything “right,” especially when it comes to breastfeeding. It’s one of the most emotionally charged tasks, burdened with so many prejudices and expectations.
We are judged if we choose not to breastfeed, if we stop too early, or if we give up. Even if we do choose to breastfeed, the judgments are ever-present: How often do we breastfeed? What do we eat? How do we behave? Where do we breastfeed? What do we wear? How long do we breastfeed? Our milk isn't good enough. Our babies are gaining too much or too little weight. And for those who breastfeed longer, there are the intrusive questions: "Are you still breastfeeding?"
But today we want to tell you: Dear Mom, you are enough! You are doing your best, and that is all that matters.
Today we celebrate every mother, no matter what her breastfeeding experience is! The one who breastfed; the one who didn't breastfeed; the one who is still breastfeeding; and the one for whom it wasn't possible. Each of you has your own unique breastfeeding story, and it's exactly right as it is.

To the mom who was able to fully enjoy the breastfeeding journey, we want to say thank you. Thank you for giving up such a special part of your life to nourish and comfort your little treasure. We know how overwhelming it can be at times, and we want to remind you that it's okay to have bad days. You are not alone. This experience is special, and you should be proud of yourself.
That sweet smile from your baby while breastfeeding, the loving look into your eyes – these moments are magical.
Despite sleepless nights, tears, mastitis, swollen breasts, cracked nipples, and the many judgments from others. Despite doubts, confusion, and fear of not having enough milk or weaning too early. Despite cluster feedings and FOMO – this time of breastfeeding can sometimes be lonely.
To the mother who didn't make it – we feel for you.
To the mother who has decided against breastfeeding – we respect you and support you.
To the mom who's fighting through it – we encourage and congratulate you. You're doing great!
To all our female fighters and super-moms, say it with us: “I AM ENOUGH!”
All love,
Your Team Rookie 🫶🏻
PS Did you know that you can easily breastfeed in the Rookie? "On-the-go," so to speak. Simply loosen the shoulder straps a little so your baby sits lower and can reach your breast. See how our Rookie mom Carla does it here.
