During my pregnancy, I'd heard a lot about the Rookie Premium baby carrier – my Instagram feed was full of posts praising its ease of use and stylish design. Various mommy blogs called it a "miracle carrier," and midwives on advice websites recommended it as the perfect, ergonomic baby carrier. It sounded almost too good to be true. So I wanted to see for myself.
I ordered the Rookie Premium in Dark Grey to Switzerland and received it just three days later. I was thrilled as soon as I unpacked it: the packaging was elegant and simple – just like the carrier itself. Now all that was missing was our little miracle. I couldn't wait to finally meet our baby. After nine months of it growing right under my heart, the thought of losing that closeness was difficult for me.
When our little Ella was born, it was an unforgettable moment. At the same time, I was struggling with pain after the C-section . I desperately wanted to carry her, but the hospital advised against it: the carrier could press on the incision and cause irritation. Five days later, at home, I decided to try it anyway.
